RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES



· To develop, maintain, and improve Lean Journey that attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer success.



· Lean action planning, make the action with operation team together, follow the result, give the feedback, make sure for next flow.



· Make the implement of following subject: OJT, SOP, 5S etc



· Train, and motivate employees with manager together to acquire maximum efficiency, productivity, co-operation and morale.



· Transfer successful practice to other relevant shops in China. Provide regular performance reports to manager.



· Complete other work assigned by manager.



KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



Bachelor degree or above in IE, Lean, Mechanical, Management or equivalent.



Familiar with lean manufacture tools such as IE,SOP,5S,Kanban,Visual Management etc



Strong background and experience with TPM



Familiar with quality improvement tools such as brain storm



Strong willing to have innovation with Kaizen tools and make implement



Good command of English, both written and spoken



Strong team work mindset, self motivated, open minded, diligent and perseverant



At least 3 years experience in manufacturing filed, mechanical or chemistry



Willing to travel
