Your role

- Follow purchasing department’s policy, planning, budgeting to work out detail working plan;

- To manage and develop the existing and potential supplier pool and update the Approved Vendor List

- Research, evaluate and propose suppliers for key commodity develop and optimize supplier data base

- To negotiate with local and international suppliers; prepare price comparisons; cost saving budgeting;

- To build and maintain cost structure for responsible commodity

- Complete frame contracts signature for responsible commodity

- To develop and recommend new material-equipment for stakeholder

- To monitor vendor quality performance, drive supplier continual improvement and verify improvement effectiveness 

- Documentation and reporting on daily basis 

 

Your talent

- Minimum 5 years purchasing experience, event industry is a plus.

- Work in an efficient way, good sense of time management.

- Strong sense in conducting purchasing process. 

- Has good experience in vendor management

-project management experience is a plus

- Excellent communication skills. Able to demonstrate success and experience about managing suppliers and contracts 

- Strong responsibility self-motivated and can work under high pressure 

- Flexible, patient and solution-focused

- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word

- Analytical skills, sensitive to data

- Quick learner

- Good at both spoken & writing English and Mandarin
