职位职责主要有以下内容：

1.培优学生自习监管

2.学生日常作业更改

3.全日制学生班主任模式管理学生

4.教学部日常后勤事务（教材整理、***整理、辅助教师备课改作业等）  

5.悦读猫入学测试操作

6.学生自习日报、月报书写（学生年龄段小初偏小学二三年级）

学通需要您可以满足下几点：

1、形象气质佳，认真负责，耐心仔细

2、本科及以上学历，英语六级以上，K12或少儿培训助教经历优先考虑

3、具有较强的亲和力和责任心，较强的总结和沟通能力，以及良好的沟通能力、

执行力和协调能力；

3、能够熟练使用Office等办公软件及办公系统，需要笔试（笔试内容是小学二三年级双语数学）。

4、喜欢3-12岁小朋友，有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
