1、负责安排订舱、提货、装箱、报关、上船、跟踪、预报、船期等事务；

2、与客户核对提单、确认费用（对账、催/收款、跟踪退单）等；

3、及时跟进货物运输状态，处理操作过程中的常见问题与突发事件；

4、向客户提供优质的服务；积极争取操作利润***化；

5、定期维护客户关系，深度开发，积极拓展市场；

6、文件资料及时归档整理；

7、完成上级交待的其他事项。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，物流管理或国际贸易等相关专业优先；

2、英语水平良好，熟悉基础的外贸知识和空海运进出口流程；

3、能熟练操作各类办公软件；

4、工作主动、思维敏捷、品行端正、责任感强;

5、有团队协作精神。
