职位描述
职位职责：
1. 设计标准拟定：跟踪和分析IT行业的设计趋势，规划产品的整体设计；制定产品UI设计规范；
2. 界面设计：通过对公司产品的研究和分析，制定产品界面的整体架构；设计软件交互界面，并通过原型的形式进行沟通评估；参照使用者的需求进行视觉设计，包括色彩、字体、页面等。
3. 操作者研究：分析操作者的工作环境和使用习惯，了解操作者需求； 反馈操作者对产品设计、外观方面的要求并协助完善产品设计和提升客户满意度；

知识/技能：
1. 精通设计相关软件：如Dreamweaver、Photoshop、Fireworks、ImageReady等设计工具，了解flash（Actionscript）动画设计的优先；
2. 精通小图标和立体图标的设计制作，并熟练使用相关ICON工具软件；
3. 对以人为本的设计理念有深入的理解；
4. 熟悉Css、Javascript, Html等网络技术；
5. 对产品流程、用户流程、及用户需求有深入理解。

2. 应变能力：通过快速而适当地改变规则或正常程序来解决问题；
