职位背景描述：

项目主营高端日式Cafe连锁品牌OSAKA'S，目前已在日本神户，美国Denver设立旗舰店，中国广州旗舰店开设在珠江新城“天德广场”首层。本项目主要面对中国及澳洲市场拓展，计划在中国超一线及一线城市各开一家分店，澳洲墨尔本及悉尼各开一家分店，坚持 “但求精，不求多” 的理念。项目管理层主要为中国人和日本人。欢迎对日式餐饮，中日企业管理文化，国际化管理体系感兴趣的你加入！

岗位描述：  

1、协助主厨对后厨的管理工作；  

2、协助主厨完成公司后厨各餐的烹制工作  

3、供餐时负责食材的及时添加；

职位要求：

1、执行餐饮经理下达的各项工作任务和工作指示；

2、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任；

3、保持对厨房范围的检查，及时解决现场发生的问题；

4、督导厨房对食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或份量，合理地控制食品成本；

5、妥善处理客人对出品的投诉；

工资福利待遇：4000/月以上，包吃住。
