1. Ensure all PMD maintenance works are in accordance with the best practices and requirements of authorities, code of practices and by-laws.

2. Set up property quality management standard and quality management objectives, and constantly improve the property quality management system.

3. Responsible for daily supervision, control, assessment, correction, improvement and promotion of outsourcing property services and deal with the major complaints of the property.
负责物业外包服务的日常监督、控制、评估、纠正、改进和推广，处理物业的重大投诉。

4. Carry out budget planning and cost control.
执行预算计划和成本控制。

5. Implement green initiatives and energy management programmes to reduce operating cost.

6. Control operating cost, improve property value and gain maximum profits.

7. Develop and implement a systematic preventive and planned maintenance schedule of all M&E System in our properties.

8. Attend to and investigate major complaint on PMD matters where the site personnel are not able to resolve.

9. Provide technical advice to support marketing/lease team in their deals

10. Liaise with marketing and use market survey / analysis to identify potential demands and incorporate these into maintenance plans.

11. Provide support and assistance to marketing team in organizing events on marketing promotion

岗位要求：

1.Degree (with minimum 10 years’ experience) in Mechanical /Electrical/Building and Facility Management.
机械/电气/建筑和设施管理学位（至少10年经验）。

2. Relevant experience of property management in residential and commercial properties.
具有住宅和商业物业物业管理相关经验。

3.Relevant experience in property management and maintenance of industrial / business park/commercial buildings.
具有工商园区/商业建筑物业管理及维护相关经验。

4.Relevant knowledge and experience in Landscaping, Energy Management, Environment Management, Sustainable Development would be an advantage.
具有园林绿化、能源管理、环境管理、可持续发展等相关知识和经验者优先。

5. A team player with good verbal and written communication skill in English and Mandarin.
