JOB SUMMARY

    

Marketing Executive (Jr./Sr.) is responsible for promotion of branding, products, and services throughout copywriting, planning to execution phase. Ultimate every possible communications channel for the best result delivery. Marketing range from: brand strategy, design, innovation & creative. Adhere to the company marketing strategy, but also have proficient market knowledge to verify marketing approach with creative mindset. Have experience in art direction and social media. You are not a translator, but a cultural filter for interpretation and sensitive nuances between western and marketing cultures

    

    

MAIN TASKS

• Conduct in-depth market analysis in Chinese and English
• Provide background data on industry developments
• Write marketing planning’s for the Chinese market
• Allocate trends and developments for a wide industry range
• Understand a wide range of marketing principles to support brand strategies
• Design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage the social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with team members to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Responsible for marketing events management.

                                                                    

SKILLS

• Proven skills in Excel/Word/AI/PS/SW or ProE/PPT
• Fluent spoken / written English
• Being well organized and detail oriented
• Marketing, B2B Marketing, B2C Marketing, Digital Marketing
• Good in copy writing and translate western concepts to Chinese context

                        

    

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree major in Marketing or commercial related
• Experience in International working environment
• 2-5 years’ experience in a marketing or advertising position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organisation skills
