Responsibilities

1.Communicating effectively  Shanghai office , St. Louis  team and mills.

2.Check bulk headers and give comments.  Send emails to St. Louis headquarters and mills about the comments on daily basis.

3.Prepare audit kits to all garment vendors and update the audit kits with new fabrics lots for repeat orders.

4.Assisting to Make WIP (Work-In Process) report tracking changes .

5. Other work assigned by fabric manager. 

岗位职责
1.沟通处理上海office/美国总部/工厂的面料事宜。
2.协助审批面料样品，并将有关意见邮件给美国总部和工厂。
3.协助向服装供应商提供验货包，包括翻单等情况。
4.协助追踪WIP（在制品）报告中的异常情况，包括比较文档并标记来自海外供应商的可能延迟。
5.面料经理安排的其他工作内容。

Qualifications

1.Fluent written and spoken English. (Pass CET 4)

2.Attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.   

3.Self starter and has excellent interpersonal skills.

4.Flexible to changing demands with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a

fast-paced business environment.

5. Strong communication skills including ability to work in a team environment; gives honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator. 

6.Familiar with MS Office tools.
