Purpose of the Position:

?Monitor/Operate plant security monitoring system and coordinate with regional monitoring center or global security.

?Manage shift contract security guards and provide in time direction to guard operations.

?Communicate with plant employee, contractor and visitor regarding to security policy/form execution.

Responsibilities:

?To represent/support Corning and Corporate Security group by performing duties that include but are not limited to: patrolling the facility, identifying and correcting security violations, detecting and reporting unsafe conditions, hazards, and unusual circumstances to include emergencies such as fire, medical, hazardous material, violent incidents and natural disasters.

?Drive security strategy that aligns with the business needs

?Analyze enterprise security systems, programs, and processes to identify critical gaps and strategic value opportunities

对现有安防系统、项目、程序、流程的关键步骤/管控点进行定义，同时在测量和驱动过程中发现管理优化的机会

?Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multi-national environment

与跨部门/职能合作，在多元化工作环境中带领团队履行安防团队职责

?Manage day to day physical security operations. Monitor plant assets and security systems (for example: Security system, Facility SSCADA, fire monitor system, etc)

通过团队管理确保物防设施设备在线率，监控工厂的设备资产和安全系统（例如：保安系统，厂务系统，消防系统等）

?Manage vendor relationships and reporting metrics, guard force

管理安保供应商，提供人防管理报告

?Provide first-line supervision, mentoring, and leadership to team members. Monitor and assess the performance of team members

为团队成员提供一线监督、指导和领导，确保团队成员工作绩效符合目标设定

Education & Experience  

?Junior college or above

Required Skills                                                

?Function independently as well as in a team environment.

?Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

?Comfortable working in a team environment.
