1. Responsible for routine operations in Micro-lab and Chemical lab. 负责微生物实验室和化学实验室的日常工作。

2. Ensure the above three labs work conformance to Baxter Corporate and local government. 确保微生物实验室和化学实验室的操作符合中国法规,百特总部的要求。

3. Implement Good Laboratory Practice. 实施良好的实验室管理规范。

4. Responsible for the quality control of the raw material, excipient and products. 负责原辅料和产品的质量控制。

5. Be responsible for plant critical system validation, qualification and monitoring; ensure critical system quality, effectiveness and safety to products. 负责工厂关键系统的验证和监控,确保关键系统的质量、有效性和对产品的安全性。

6. Be responsible for Sample management, standard material management, such as standard samples, standard liquid, bacterium etc.; 负责样品管理，标准物料管理，如标准品，标准液，标准菌等；

7. Be responsible for OOL Investigation, validation and verify, etc. 负责OOL,方法验证/确认等。

8. Implement and improve the stability study program according to the requirement of Chp. and Corporate and ensure the safety and validity of product during shelf life. 根据中国药典和总部的要求执行和完善稳定性研究的工作. 确保产品在有效期内的安全性和有效性。

9. Provide technical support for R&D, process & equipment validation, and also registration. 为产品开发，工艺和设备验证以及注册提供技术支持。

10. Responsible for the approval for release of chemical raw material and finished goods as the role of QP delegate. 作为质量受权人确认的转授权人角色,负责化学原料和成品的检验批准放行.

11. Ensure and work in compliance with all EHS aspects. 确保工作符合环保、健康和安全的方针政策。

4. Bachelor degree or above in pharmacy, microbiology, chemistry or related discipline. 药学/微生物，化学或相关专业学士学位以上。

5. 3 years or above on laboratory professional experience with 2 years or above on lab operation and management control 3年或以上实验室专业经验, 其中至少2年实验室操作和管理经验。
