1、及时准确完成广州主体日常会计凭证登账处理，固定资产卡片登账，结账，查账等工作。

2、核对内部公司间代付费用款项，清理各项往来账。

3、结账前对账，检查各会计科目及凭证，保证准确及时结账。

4、及时准确出具广州主体财务报表及相关报表数据。

5、负责广州主体税费计算、申报、缴纳工作。

6、负责广州主体年度汇算清缴和工商年检工作。

7、负责广州主体填制对外各类统计报表，配合税务稽查审计工作。

8、及时收集并分析税务信息，提出合理化建议。

9、跟进购置款发票及回票进度及产权办理进度。

10、负责发票核定、购买及增量。

11、每月按时开具商户租金管理费等各类费用发票。

12、凭证及财务资料整理与归档以及银行报表的出具。

13、领导交办的其他事项。

任职资格：

1、较全面较系统的财务及税务知识，熟悉企业税务法规和国家相关税收政策。

2、2年会计、税务相关工作经验。

3、具有良好的税务筹划能力，思维敏捷，能独立分析并解决问题。
