1. 负责消防水系统运行管理工作；
2. 负责消防水系统保养计划的制定；
3. 负责对消防水系统的备品备件进行统筹储备采购，并统计月度维修工作量；
4. 负责对商铺装修的消防水工程进行监管和验收；
5. 配合做好消防水系统的改造工程管理；
6. 配合给排水专业日常管理；

  7.  负责消防水专业维修、保养工作。

 

任职资格：

1.工作经验：2年以上综合体、商业中心给排水、暖通或空调班组的工作经验；

2.学历要求：高中或中专及以上学历，有相关职业资格证书（电工证等）；

3.专业知识与个人素质：熟悉给排水专业工程知识，良好的责任心和学习能力。
