1、现场客户接待，为客/商户提供各项服务及业务办理；同时传达品牌信息，引导顾客消费；

2、接收及收集客/商户意见，接听来电咨询，及时提供解答；

3、日常销售单据审核，进行客户满意度调查回访，跟进售后；

4、一般客诉的受理及跟进，编写案例库；

5、协助商户/导购员日常管理，涉及导购员评选及培训相关工作；

6、协助搭建会员积分制，并进行相应的数据分析工作。

任职要求：

1、学历专业：大专以上学历，专业不限；

2、年龄形象：23-35岁，形象气质佳；

3、工作经验：1年以上客服工作经验；

4、专业技能：普通话流利，口头表达良好，有较好的数据分析能力、文字表达能力，具有一定的突发事件处理能力；

5、素质特点：有较好的学习、协调、沟通、抗压能力，心态积极、性格开朗。
