Job title: Trading Account Executive


1. Purpose of the job
----explore new customers
----maintain effective relationship with existing customers
----help identify new opportunities


2. Principal Accountability
----explore new market, develop new customers and maintain existing customers relationship by calling, e-mail and other effective ways of communication.
----provide professional customer service, effectively handling product inquiry, consultation and customer feedback
----organize information of customers and suppliers
----update and specify product info
----monitor competitor activity, identify new potential market trends, recommend new ideas for new opportunities. Contribute creative marketing plan or ideas to manager.


3. Skill and experience
----proficiently speak English
----good communication skill, understand customer's need clearly through phone and e-mail
----have sense of responsibility, hard working
----interested in children's wear industry


4. Remuneration
----basic wage + bonus ( details discussed personally)
----social insurance

一、员工薪酬
薪酬结构：基本工资+绩效工资+奖金

每周上班六天，每天8小时；
