1、The Job Responsibility:

1) As part of the CN IT team, implement the digital roadmap and blueprint for China basing on business vision and Group IT strategy. Manage the projects under defined on the roadmap and blueprint.

2) Using data profiling and metadata management techniques, documents and describes data in terms of meaning, constraints and relationships.

3) Manages and monitors data change requests. Data Change requests may include account merges, new product or component classification, suppliers changes etc.

4) Maintains data dictionary for master data (information about data, including name, description, source of data, and key words for categorizing and searching for data item descriptions).

5)  Identifies inconsistencies within and across systems, identifies sources of data errors and purpose remediation plan. Runs regular quality inspections of data and drives data quality improvement for data to meet group standards.

6)  Identifies duplicate data records within and across systems and implements de-duping processes.

7)  Facilitates development of business rules for making changes to data, such as creating, revising, adding and deleting records. Refines, documents and communicates business rules to prevent future errors.

8)  Develops data quality scorecards for assigned key data sets and works with SMEs to enforce data governance policies and ensure compliance with data quality standards and processes.

9)  Drive continuous knowledge improvement from external vendors into internal teams including identifying clear knowledge/skills map, assessment/measurement standards, transition plan and build of a structure and sustainable knowledge base.

2、The Job Requirement:

1) IT Degree Holder.

2) Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

3) Strong understanding of master data and data model. Able to draw Data Flow Diagram clearly.

4) Good knowledge of database design and industry standard database like MySql, SQL server, Oracle. At least 5 years experience in IT with proven analytical skills and problem solving skills. Details orientation will be a plus. 

5) Experience or proven knowledge in retail or convenience store industry will be a plus. 

6) PMI PMP, PBA or equivalent certifications is a plus. 

7) Business focused mindset not just technology focus. Strong sense of customer centricity is a must.

8) Effectively communicate to business and IT stakeholders.

9) Passionate, excellent priority setting and be able to think out of box.
