工作职责：

1. 负责常规课程、公开课、教学活动课等校内课程的教学工作；

2. 制定教学计划、准备教具、教案，保证教学质量；

3. 通过每节课家长门口验收、每月视频教学等、维护及追踪学员的学习进度；

4. 定期参加英语教研活动，不断提升英语水平及英语授课水准。

5. 跟踪学员学习情况，定期与学员家长进行沟通、保障学员学习效果；

6. 协助教学主管处理各类教学事务，积极配合学校其他部门的工作；

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，英语专业（TEM8）或持有教师资格证者优先；

2. 具有在3-12岁儿童英语教育中心或早教教育机构工作经验者优先；

3. 富有亲和力、爱心、责任心，通晓幼少儿心理，善于调动儿童学习积极性；

4. 流利的英语听说读写能力；

5. 热爱儿童英语教育行业。

Giraffe English is learner-oriented. We create an immersive English environment and provide specific learning plans for students based on their age and language level.
