工作职责：

1.            负责Web及Mobile客户端的视觉及交互设计，制订产品设计规范

2.            协助产品经理和需求分析师进行可用性和功能分析，制作产品原型

3.            优化现有产品的用户体验

4.            定期分析业界的视觉设计新形式和趋势，协助产品小组进行新产品设计、产品原型评测

5.            维护整理设计资源，定期参与项目总结及经验分享

任职要求:

1.            优秀的美术功底和软件界面设计能力，有2-3年相关工作经验

2.            审美出色，心思细腻，关注细节，富想象力

3.            精通交互设计，可以独立完成视觉及交互原型稿

4.            熟练使用设计工具：Photoshop、Illustrator、Axure RP、Visio等等

5.            了解用户体验研究过程和方法（用户研究、可用性测试等等方面）

6.            良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神

7.            良好的英文读写能力
