Job Summary

Sales Assistant is responsible for conducting market research, marketing techniques, lead generation, sales process and closing deals.  Our projects are always supported by our internal foreign and Chinese design department (30 people).  Your task is to find new clients and grow into the role of senior sales person that can find new clients and closes deals.  And you are hands-on and work independently on new sales leads.

MAIN TASKS

• Assit on-line lead generation sales with proven exepriences.
• Identify new clients and make warm-calls to build up the new client trust.
• Develop new contacts via our existing network, your network and our marketing activities
• Develop new marketing events for potential clients and leads
• Develop sales on our key services and reach sales targets
• Ideally you grow into a manager position based on performance and results

SKILLS

• Work independently
• Can make presentations
• Can make proposal
• Able to create your own sales deck

KNOWLEDGE

• 2-5 year’s experience or proven sales results
• Mandarin / Cantonese / Excellent English
• Skilled Word/Excel/PPT
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Travelling to factories, events, networking, associations
• Clear sales planning, executing, reporting
• Skilled in writing proposals and calculating quotations
• Give presentations
• Event planning and management

Credentials/Experience

• Work experience in software sales
• Ideally work experience for design or advertising agency
• Proven sales network

Problem solving skills

• Hand-on for presentation
• Good planner of meetings and locations
• Excellent sales deck preparation skills
