Junior 2D/3D Product Designer 初级2D/3D产品设计师

For our new product development projects we look for a product designer with affinity for product design management and liaison with freelance product designers and our product designers in Holland and China.

针对我们新的产品开发项目，我们现在寻找一位产品设计师，负责产品的设计与管理，与自由产品设计师和我们荷兰、中国的产品设计师们一起沟通、完成项目。

MAIN TASKS

1. Create design briefing based on limited client briefings

2. Create ideas, concepts and renderings in 2D

3. Create 3D Shell concepts in 3D Software and Make renderings

4. Communicate project details to management and clients

5. Guide New product Design development processes

主要职责：
1.按照客户的想法和要求进行设计创作
2.用2D的方式将手绘草图及设计理念转化为平面图
3.用3D软件设计产品外观并转化为效果图
4.积极与上级和客户沟通项目细节
5.引导新产品的设计开发过程

SKILLS

1. Skilled in AI/PS/SW (or Pro-E)/Word/PPT/ Excel/Indesign

2. Proven skills in Excel/Word/AI/PS/SW or ProE/PPT

3. Basic English level is acceptable, not fluent required

4. Being well organized and detail oriented

5. Excellent in Sketching by hand, 2D AI/PS drawings, Rhine or SW or Pro-E

6. Understand structural concepts and different product design processes

7. Understanding manufacturing process

8. Engineering basic level, higher more desirable

9. Good understanding of concurrent product development

10. Able to create innovative structural product designs

技能要求：
1. 熟练使用AI/PS/SW(或Pro-E)/Word/PPT/Excel/Indesign等软件

2.熟练运用Excel/Word/AI/PS/SW或ProE/PPT等软件
3.能接受初级英语水平，不需要特别流利的口语
4.做事有条理，注重细节
5.优秀的手绘能力，精通2D/AI/PS绘图，Rhino或SW或Pro-E
6.了解产品结构和不同产品的设计过程
7.了解产品的生产工艺
8.优先考虑有基本工程背景和更高水平的人才
9.了解并行产品开发
10. 能够进行创新的产品结构设计

REQUIREMENTS

1. Chinese / Cantonese person

2. Leading design or engineering school or university

3. Experience in International working environment

4. Excellent organisation skills / Document archiving

5. Example of Product Design projects or proven talents

6. Open-minded and willing to explore new ideas

7. Clear understanding of luxury and premium branding

8. Vision and open-mind

9. No 9-5 mentality

10. Able to work in Pazhou

11. Willingness to travel
