1） 协助主管将客户的订单录入ERP系统，并对客户订单的价格等进行审核。

2） 日常与各供应商联系跟踪采购订单的生产细节及进度，维护系统的采购订单；

3） 整理客户的订单信息并与将订单的交期反馈给客户，有任何变化及时与客户沟通。

4） 根据客户的产品出货清单，估算货柜的类型，安排出货事宜。

5） 客户订单出货后，在ERP系统进行订单收货，移仓，Fulfill处理。

6） 协助主管与货代联系订舱，制作出口报关单证、进口清关文件等。

7） 每月与各供应商进行库存账目核对，每个季度一次实物盘点。

8） 优化物料供应，确保订单按时出货，控制存货水平。

9） 上级交代的其他事宜。

职位要求Role Requirements：

1） 大专或以上学历，英语听说写能力良好，日常需要与国外客户邮件或者电话沟通。

2） 熟悉ERP系统操作，能熟练使用word, excel. Outlook等日常办公软件。

3） 工作认真细心，肯吃苦耐劳，思维敏捷，具备良好的协调沟通能力和团队合作精神.
