1,Lead, motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams’ efforts to ensure efficient collaborations, and leading cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables;

2, Identify, analyze and report in a timely manner project status & progress, major risks and key issues; proactively propose, align (with internal & external stakeholder) and take corrective / preventive measures to improve project achievements and performance;

3, Close work and communicate with US project team from project kick-off to close-out on project schedule, project activities and project progress; Ensure the project can meet the timeline, cost, quality, and meet deliverable requirements;

4, Develop and maintain project schedule;

5, Form project teams and plan resources. Regularly review planned resources vs. actual resources consumed. Control and make adjustment on projection;

6, Plan, monitor and control project advancement;

7, Lead the team to make improvements, solve problems, and takes corrective actions when issues/problems arise;

8, Maintain communication links upward and downward. Draft project progress reports, and give presentations/briefings on project status when needed.

9, Archive and store the related project documentation.

10,Drive and engage in Continuous Improvement projects.

Requirement:

1, Bachelor's degree, A PMP certificate is required;

2, At least 5 years of project management or supply chain management experience in manufacturing industry;

3, Ability of PM tools: scope, schedules, resource, reports, risk management;

4, Knowledge of new product development process: PPAP, APQP, Stage-Gate;

5, Willingness to have night meeting with US team; 

6, Fluent in English writing skills and oral English;

7, Good communication in written and verbal for dealing with team members, customer and suppliers;

8, Good problem-solving skills.

9, Multi-national company job experience is preferred.
