1.办公室的用水、用电、空调、安保、消防情况进行巡查 

2.办公区域各项设备的定期巡查（包括但不限于每天检查各会议室设备情况确保设备正常及整理好设备的各种连接线） 

3.进行照明电器的更换和简单的电器维修 

4.办公室家具的简易维修 

5.协调物业管理、维保商及其他供应商进行设施设备维护 

6.临时安排的其他工作 

工作要求：

1.持有低压电工证 

2.熟悉会议室设施及办公设备使用及维护 

3.有安保，消防方面经验者优先 

4.服从公司领导安排工作
