职位描述
1. 准确解读客户需求，对产品进行分析设计；
2. 参与设计研究工作，把握设计方向和设计风格；
3. 独立完成产品设计或设计阶段性工作。
职位要求：
1. 对工业设计饱有激情，思维活跃；
2. 工业设计专业，1-3年以上工作经验，做事勤恳细致；
3. 手绘能力强，熟练使用2D及3D软件，3D渲染表现能力好；
4. 具有强烈的创新欲望，掌握一定的创新思维方法和技巧；
5. 熟悉设计流程，理解力强，能够独立完成设计任务。
6. 创新意识强，具有良好的沟通能力和协作精神，性格开朗，做事积极主动，勤奋踏实。
