1、根据销售部门的出货通知单，与采购部和销售部门核实出货数量，要求采购提供最终装箱数据.

2、根据信用证及出货通知单信息制作订舱单并向客户指定货代进行订舱并了解相关船期

3、向货代跟进舱位信息，取得S/O或入仓单后安排装柜或送货入仓并跟进及报关等事宜

4、核对提单和处理往来邮件，操作相关的外贸业务以及信用证单证（报关单据、清关单据等）

5、制作装箱单、发票、CO, FA等相关单据制作，确保各类手续、单据的准确性和完整性

6、负责出货的跟踪情况如ETA状态，保持与货代的联系

7、单据单证管理及存档

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，英语熟练CET- 4级以上，能独立熟练检索、翻译英文资料

2、国际贸易相关专业，熟悉贸易进出口业务的操作流程，具备扎实的外贸专业知识

3、外贸船务工作经验2年或以上，有团队协作精神，有较强的责任心。

4、灵活的反应能力和良好热枕的沟通能力。
