岗位职责：

1、参与团队前期剧本策划，撰写分镜头脚本，制定好拍摄计划，做好对接工作；

2、现场担任执行导演，根据撰写好的分镜头脚本，带领团队完成现场的拍摄工作；

3、与后期沟通稿件内容，跟进视频的剪辑，最后完成视频的审核工作；

4、负责视频（例如：明星、kol达人推荐产品视频、天猫头图视频、抖音账号短视频、技术流视频、美妆护肤视频、歌唱类视频等）

任职要求：

1、相关专业大专或以上学历；

2、会导会演，性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，较强的创意能力，有良好的团队合作和敬业精神；

3、能有一定的审美能力，具备绘制分镜头剧本的能力；

4、熟悉抖音、快手、映客等平台的规则及运营；

5、有较强的执行能力，对热点事物敏感；

6、面试请携带相关影视作品。
