Home Department

Home base usually in (Regional) Controlling department except cases where final position will with high likelihood be in other area. 

Job Rotation 

Job Rotation through different finance function is a central element of this Program. 

Initial 6 months and final 3 months must be spent in home base.    

2-3 spells in different department, one of which can be abroad. This will be your chance to gain an overview of the finance organization, build up a network and glimpse horizons beyond your own special area.

Your time abroad

  For  three to six months, you will live and work in a country that is different  from your own. This will not only expand your intercultural experience, but  also help you to build an international network within Clariant. 

Training and On-the-job development

  During  the various spells, you will be assigned to different projects. We will  encourage you to take responsibility for these projects and work closely with  your colleagues from other areas. Your involvement in day-to-day business will  give you an in-depth insight into your department or business. 

Your Profile:

• Fresh Graduates with Internship experience or Master with initial 1-2 years’work experience.
• (On track for) Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
• Keen sense of business acumen, good analytical skills
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Driven and ambitious in delivery of results;Possesses initiative, courage and openness to embrace and lead change.
