Job Summary:

I am a key part of the team monitoring new and existing factories to ensure both factory and products are comply with TESCO business conduct and requirement.

Accountabilities:

• Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes and best practices are followed
• Regular visit factories to ensure factories comply with TESCO audit standard, particular Self-inspection approved  factories.
• Regular visit factories to ensure no unauthorized sub-contracting happened, particular continuous products/repeat products
• Supporting HUB Technologist in factory pre-assessment, du-production check, on-site NC verification
• Supporting HUB Technologist in QE projects
• Executing tasks and routines brilliantly well and supporting any ad-hoc projects assigned
• Understanding our Business Code of Conduct & always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Living our values, respecting other people’s views and helping to create a great place to work
• Managing my own time and resources effectively using the resources and equipment available 
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the team and across functions I work closely with
• Finding solutions for continuous improvement – sharing ideas with the colleagues

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experiences in quality management
• Familiar with production / manufacturing process of home appliances, toys, household supplies or similar products
• Familiar with factory audit / evaluation techniques
• Good communication in both Mandarin and English
• Work independently and is willing to travel frequently
