Responsibilities

 - Prepare general ledger related journals

 - Prepare bank reconciliation and cash report

 - Reconcile inter-office current accounts and follow up the settlement

 - Process Fixed Asset related transactions and prepare monthly reconciliation

 - Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and follow up outstanding items

 - Assist in preparing annual management & statutory year end schedules

 - Identify opportunities/ideas to improve operation efficiency & accuracy

 - Handle most operation issues proactively & independently

 - Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required

Basic Requirements

 - A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in GL&reporting

 - Knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage

 - Knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage

 - Excellent Microsoft Office skills

 - Good command of English & Cantonese

 - Excellent communication skill & team work spirit

 - Ability to work under pressure

工作职责

 - 编制银行余额调节表和资金预测报表

 - 核对往来账并跟踪相关收付款核销

 - 负责固定资产新增、报废、折旧等处理及对账

 - 核对资产负债表科目明细和跟踪待处理事项

 - 辅助编制年度管理账及法定账相关报表

 - 识别机会或提出想法以提高运营效率和准确性

 - 能独立地解决问题

 - 完成临时安排的工作

 

基本要求

 - 两年或以上总账报表经验

 - 能够使用SAP系统尤佳

 - 熟练使用微软办公室软件

 - 良好的英语和粤语沟通能力

 - 优秀沟通能力和团队精神

 - 能承担一定的工作压力
