KPMG Advisory L&D department provides comprehensive training for supporting career development of employee and developing services quality of company. The main works for L&D Support Assistant includes dealing with the administration affairs related to courses, supporting professional qualification examination and completing the works allocated by Manager. Candidates should have a strong interest in the development of training field and eager to provide relevant professional training and support for advisory professionals across China.
Responsibilities
- Training Courses Ongoing Support
- Work closely with manager, provide administrative support for course management and logistics support for the course
- Handle training related administrative work for trainer, including: confirming training date and arranging training, creating courses invitation, collecting and updating courses attendance list, tracking and chasing completion of training, sending survey and evaluations and integrating data from different regions and preparing reports, etc.
- Deal with logistics related to training, communicate with colleagues in local L&D and arrange training matters, including: liaising with local L&D contacts for training rooms, updating enrolment list and printing relevant training materials and providing logistics support
- Assist trainers to facilitate discussion in the virtual classroom and be familiar with the tools in virtual classroom.
- On ground support (if needed).
- Training Course Administration
- Answer administrative enquiries from professional staff across grades.
- Manage and update Advisory L&D webpage, including: adding and updating the training/ events to L&D portal, updating L&D related contents on portal and updating service line’s training portal/ source page
- Update Advisory learning catalogue and update the Learning Management System including enrolment and training completion record
- Professional Qualification Support
- Checking and proceeding the qualification application
- Updating qualification supported list
- Answering enquiries from professional staff across grades
Experience and Background
- Associate bachelor’s degree or above, CET 4
- Previous experience in training administration or office assistant role would be an advantage 3. Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels of participants
- Good planning and organisational skills, and be able to multitask
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Being Assertive, proactive and having team spirit
- Mature, independent, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
- Design related working experience is preferred ?

岗位职责
- 负责跟进培训课程
- 与培训经理密切合作,为课程管理提供行政支持,并提供课程的后勤支持;
- 为培训导师处理与培训相关的行政工作:确定培训时间 、安排培训课程;制作课程邀请、收集整理参加培训名单;追踪培训完成情况、发送调查问卷和评估表、合并来自不同地区的数据和准备报告等
- 处理与培训相关的后勤工作,与各地培训部同事沟通及安排培训事宜,包括:安排及布置培训教室;更新培训人员名单;印刷相关培训资料与提供后勤支持等
- 协助培训导师促进虚拟教室(线上课程)中的讨论,并熟悉使用虚拟教室中的工具;
- 提供现场支持(根据部门实际需求)
- 负责培训相关行政工作
- 答复咨询部L&D公共邮箱的邮件,回答不同级别专业人员的问询;
- 管理及更新咨询部网,包括:添加及更新培训课程/活动到L&D网页;负责L&D所有网页内容的更新;更新咨询部门户网页等
- 更新咨询部的课程目录,更新学习管理系统(LMS),包括跟进注册和培训完成记录
- 负责咨询部同事专业资格考试支持工作,包括
- 审核考试支持申请
- 更新专业资格考试支持名单
- 负责答复咨询部专业资格考试公共邮箱的邮件,回答不同级别专业人员的问询
岗位要求
- 大学本科或以上学历,通过大学英语四级
- 有培训行政管理相关经历或担任过办公室助理者优先考虑
- 具备良好的沟通技巧,能够与不同级别的参与者进行有效沟通
- 具备良好的规划以及组织能力,能同时处理多项任务
- 具备较强的书面表达能力
- 能熟练使用办公软件包括 Microsoft Word和PowerPoint
- 自信,积极,具备团队合作精神
- 成熟独立,积极进取,能承受一定工作压力
- 有设计相关工作经验者优先考虑
