Responsibilities

- Build and consolidate the KPMG brand through organising and designing internal marketing & communications collateral

- Work with the team to generate design concepts and create design work for various communications projects, ranging from video, social collaboration platform, intranet and written materials, etc.

- Translate and uphold brand guidelines in the design work

Requirements

- Professional qualifications preferred

- Degree or diploma in Visual Design, or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution

- Technical skills & know-how

- Technical skills in graphic artwork and design production: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, FreeHand and Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Creative Suite; experience in both print and digital media, HTML is a plus

- Well versed in PC and Macintosh

- Basic knowledge of all design-related software and others such as Microsoft office

- Advanced skills in PowerPoint

- Identify and manage vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables

- Printing knowledge to ensure quality of final artwork and production

- The following skills is a plus but not mandatory

- Sketch/cartoon skills

- HTML knowledge

- Animation (Flash/AE) skills

- Experience in leading video and photo shoot projects

- Experience required to perform the role

- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design (print, corporate identity) in a corporate environment or at an advertising agency

- Core competencies

- Ability to produce strong and creative layouts, visual design and printing artwork

- Ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines

- Excellent organisational and communication skills; a good team player

- Good command of English and Chinese
