Responsibilities

- Provide level 2 daily support for the ITS Service Desk and conduct end user IT problem diagnosis and resolution

- Support and conduct deployment of Global standard applications and Microsoft software

- Troubleshoot and fix electronic audit application problems

- Ensure compliance with the current security policy and procedures on the access control

- Implement virus definition and security patch update on a timely basis

- Implement operating system upgrade, security patches and application patches installation on a timely basis

- Support ad hoc IT projects as required from time to time, both on-site and off-site

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- An in-depth knowledge of PC windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2013 / Office365 pro plus, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBA, VBS and PowerShell, and familiar with SCCM are preferred

- Initiative with the ability to work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines, shift duty is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven collaborative team working

- Customer service orientation and adaptability

- A good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English

- 3 years or above IT technical support experience
