Project Management

- Take ownership of a portion of the target solution, and oversee the requirement gathering, development, testing, and roll-out of that piece

- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and ensure that key outcomes and decisions are clearly documented and circulated to the meeting attendees

- Identify and mitigate risks, and manage issues if they arise with clear actions and proper escalation

- Assist with managing project health, including scoping, timeline, planning, budgeting, billing, as well as mentoring and developing juniors

- Prepare weekly status report in English based off statistics prepared by juniors. Prepare reporting materials to senior management or otherwise as needed

Change Request Processing

- Understand and define the requirements with the requestor if any changes

- Work with ITS and developers to compare possible solutions and prepare the user story / functional specifications, then seek Working Group approval

- Once approved, monitor the development of the item and ensure timely delivery

Testing

- Prepare the testing plan, test cases and scenarios, and define the testing data to determine whether the item is fit for purpose according to the agreed functional specifications

- Communicate the testing plan, scheduling, expected results, and methodology to the testers

- Oversee the progress of the testing, working with testers to raise any identified defects, and working with ITS, OPS, and developers to understand the root cause. Make amendments to the test cases and plan as necessary

- Verify when a clean test has been performed and seek Working Group approval to move the item to production

- Perform any post-production testing as necessary

Change Management

- Define the transition and roll-out plan, including communication, training and education, parallel run, cut-over and go-live, and contingency; while accounting for local needs and seasonal business fluctuations

- Prepare engaging communication and training materials

- Monitor the transition and perform a post-go-live health check to ensure satisfactory performance and a smooth handover to business-as-usual

- After go-live, monitor for any further change requests or any environmental changes (business, process, system, regulatory, etc.) that may impact the solution and trigger the change review process

Basic Requirement

- Project Management qualification preferred but not necessary

- Strong logical and analytical mindset, able to assess a problem statement and identify the resulting implications

- Detail oriented and committee to quality

- Flexible and adaptable in the face of new and constantly changing challenges

- Willing to learn and work together to identify the right solution for the business

- Has the people and soft skills to collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders from multiple levels of seniority, functions, and backgrounds

- Demonstrate leadership skills to junior team members

- Preferably able to communicate with business fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
