Job Summary 工作总结

To provide technical support for equipment and assist the Equipment Engineer in automatic line and improve automatic lines performance in achieving production goals. Responsible for maintenance according PM schedule and report daily shift report(production, downtime, etc.)

维护机器设备、技术支持、协助设备工程师维护自动化生产线，提高自动化产线的产能，完成生产目标。根据生产时间表对设备进行维护并出具每日排班报告（生产，运行时间等）

Job description 工作描述

1. To complete the checklist verification for automatic lines by shift according to VA.

        根据生产排班完成自动化产线的检查清单

2. Monitor and keep on continually run of automatic line to reach each shift target both quality and productivity

        监控并维护自动化产线持续运转，达到每日每班既定的质量和产量要求

3. Check machine parts frequently to ensure machine normal running

        定期检查机器零部件以确保机器正常运转

4. Complete daily report in time and report any variation of lines

        完成每日报告及产线异常报告

5. Report and analyze any variation both from productivity and quality

        分析产量和质量异常并完成报告

6. Help engineer to modify jigs or tooling if necessary

       协助工程师校正工装夹具等

7. To improve machines performance, manage and assist Junior technician to improve their knowledge

        提高机器的性能，辅导初级技术员扩充专业知识认知，提高绩效表现

Job Requirement 任职要求

1. Experience in automatic manufacturing environment with trouble shooting knowledge.

        具有生产制造领域自动化工作经验，具有解决问题的知识和能力

2. Diploma / Certificate in an Engineering Field with minimum 1 -2 years of working experience in machinery or automatic equipment.

      大专及以上学历或者持有工程技术专业资格证书，最少1-2年机械或自动化相关工作经验

3. Can read and write in English will be advantage.

       具有英语读写能力者优先录取
