打荷人员岗位职责

1 服从炒锅厨师安排，认真执行食堂卫生、安全等各项规章制度。

2 负责零点与各种宴会及团体包桌的出菜工作，做好炒锅、砧板部门之间协调工作。

3 负责准备好炉头必用的生产工具，如：勺、铲、毛巾等餐具的填充，花草装饰等。

4 负责监督炒锅人员的菜肴出品质量，保证出品的色、香、味、型等，特别是客人的特殊要求，应及时说清（如忌口等）

5 负责每天开餐前的准备工作，按菜品的要求，及时领取食品原材料，做到随取随用。

6 严把卫生质量关，搞好个人、容器、用具卫生。?

7 负责检查本组水、电、气开关是否正常。

8 完成领导交办的其它工作。
