1、负责员工入、转、调、离手续的办理，及时准确完成相关的系统操作手续，规避法律风险；

2、负责员工档案的建立与管理；

3、建立员工档案、花名册的实时更新；

4、员工考勤休假管理；

5、负责员工留学落户办理，居住证积分的工作办理；

6、人力相关事项的答疑及其它领导交办的相关工作。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历；人力资源管理、管理学等专业优先；2年以上员工关系方面的工作经验；

2、了解国家、地方相关劳动法律法规，具备较强的劳动争议处理经验；

3、熟练操作Excel、PPT等常用办公软件；

4、具备良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力、亲和力；

5、有强烈的责任心，细心，抗压力强，执行力强。
