        苏州箭头金属制品有限公司是美国箭头公司在中国投资设厂，专业生产密封条金属骨架的一家美资企业，正式成立于2016年1月，母公司 – 美国箭头公司 – 成立于 1974年，在美国 是一家***专注于生产密封条金属股价的供应商，在北美市场，是***的密封条金属骨架供应商，总部坐落于克利夫兰。中国工厂设在苏州太仓市，以品质优先，提供客户具有竞争力的价格，并赢得市场领先地位。

       本公司提供全系列的密封条金属骨架产品，原材料有碳钢、不锈钢、铝等，并有各种涂层产品，应用于EPDM、TPV、PVC、PP等，以及各种宽度和厚度的订制，以满足客户的要求，提供更好的完善服务。

Technical Manager Responsibilities:

·        Learns and understands all aspects of internal manufacturing process

·        Learns and understands product design and how product characteristics impact customer’s product applications

·        Learns and understands key components of metallography and how it impacts internal and customers’ processes

·        Assist in new product development

·        Communicates with engineering department at US HQ and collaborates with internal departmental managers on              engineering projects and troubleshooting quality issues

·        Supports sales through collaborating with customer’s engineering and production department on product                      development, processing problems, and quality concerns

·        Leads and supports continuous improvement efforts

·        Provide technical reports to stakeholders

Technical Manager Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other related technical field required.

·        10+ years of experience in manufacturing

·        5+ years of experience in light gage metal process/stamping/slitting preferred

·        5+ years of experience in rubber extrusion process strongly preferred

·        Fluent English communication skills required, both verbal and written

·        AutoCAD, Solid Works proficiency preferred
