Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system. To assure operation process compliance with relevant laws, regulations;
- Responsible for all equipments management.
- Solution of repetitive PLC and robot faults and to redesign devices.
- Improvements to equipment like stations, subassembly and presses for its optimal operation.
- Assist the contractor to install the equipments, to be the trainee for operation and maintenance.
- Assist to complete the acceptation of new equipments.
- Assist to make continuous improvement at improvement idea.
- Assist to make the instructions for maintenance level 1, level 2 and safety.
- Conduct training for technicians and other new equipment users, liaison with vendors and counterparts in others sites during new equipment installation.
- Complete the other temporary work or tasks assigned by line manager timely

- 负责建立和维护ISO14000 & OHSAS18001体系并通过认证，确保公司日常运营符合相关法规；
- 全面负责生产线设备管理；- 解决重复发生的PLC和机器人故障并优化；
- 优化设备使处于最佳的运转；
- 协助供应商进行设备安装调试，进行操作和维护培训；
- 新设备的验收及检查；
- 协助合理化建议中对设备的合理化改造；
- 协助编制一、二级维护指导书和设备安全操作指导书；
- 对技术员以及其他设备的新人使用者进行培训，在新设备的安装期间与设备供应商及同行联系；
- 按时完成直属领导交付的其他工作和任务。


Requirement:
- Collegial or above in mechanic or electrician.
- At least 2 years experience for equipment maintenance.
- Good knowledge in PLC is addition advantage.
- Knowledge of welding process and Robot.
- Good reading and oral English skill.
- 机电大专或以上学历；
- 两年以上相关设备维护经验；
- 熟悉PLC，能够编程和修改程序；
- 了解焊接工艺及机器人；
- 良好的专业英语阅读和口语能力。
