独立完成数据分析项目，为公司人力决策提供数据支持

为关键业务应用程序提供预测模型和统计支持。

工作资格

5年以上数据分析或业务分析相关工作经验，并有负责或者参与分析并提出解决方案，指导业务决策的案例。

具有较强的数据分析和报告制作能力，能熟练应用SQL；能够使用Python 等工具优先考虑

能够从数据中得出结论，并规定可行和可衡量的活动。

具有较强的书面和口头沟通能力，能够在团队中和压力下有效工作。会多种语言者优先考虑。

积极主动、富有创造力，思维“跳出常规”。

较强的团队合作精神，良好的人际关系和沟通能力
