Reporting directly to: Plant Manager
Short description: As one of the first employees, you will work closely with the general manager to handle the all round HR and Admin functions of this new company in Foshan. You will be responsible for ensuring that the employees are aligned with the strategy and that all resources are utilized to its fullest.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full HR functions include Staffing, C&B, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development, Benefits, Policies and Procedures, etc;
- Manage recruitments and hiring according to the strategy of the company;
- Implement and review HR and Administration policies and procedures in accordance with business needs;
- Develop, implement and manage the performance evaluation system according to company policies and needs;
- Implementation an effective new employee training system which including training planning,training program delivery, training follow up evaluation;
- Keep good relationship with relevant government offices such as arbitration center and labor bureau.Monitor legal,social issues as well as provide relevant regulation information and keep abreast of the latest human resource trends, techniques and development;
- Ensure compliance of company policies & procedures, local laws and regulations related with HR matters;
- In charge of the general office administration;
- Handle ad hoc tasks in the set up phase;
- Act as assistant to the Plant Manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with preferable major in HRM;
- 3 years work experience in HR generalist function;
- Knowledge on HR related Laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication / persuasion / coordination skill;
- Good English language skill, familiar with MS;
- Detail oriented, logic and good at analysis, ability to solve problem;
- Initiative and willing to take responsibilities, sense of continuous improvement, integrity and sense of confidentiality.
