Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责
1．Promote Sulzer service, technology and products to existing and new end users
向现有和新客户推广苏尔寿的服务部，及技术和产品
2．Create demand for replacement and spare parts
发掘替换和备件业务的需求
3．Build and maintain a close relationship between company and end users
建立及维护好公司和用户之间的密切良好的合作关系
4．Continue feedback of end users’ requirement and activities to company
跟踪并向公司反馈最终用户的要求和情况
5．Meet sales target assign by company
完成公司制定的销售指标
6．To comply company’s internal and commercial policies and guidelines
遵守公司内部及商业政策和规范
7．Other tasks assigned by company
完成公司分配的其他任务

职位要求：
Profile for OPEX lead:
a. >5yr Experience in WW processes – understand end user requirement
污水处理行业5年以上经验，了解最终用户的需求
b. Hands-on experience as technician and work into an engineer an advantage
技术方面有实际操作经验，曾担任工程师者优先考虑
c. Experience as an end user
有作为最终用户的经验
d. Maximum a supervisor or team leader level
曾有担任主管或小组长者为佳
e. Technical background with Pumps & Mixers
泵与搅拌器的技术背景
f. Good presentation and communication skills – ability to communicate and command respect at plant manager level
良好的表达和沟通能力，且可与工厂管理层级别的有效良好沟通
g. Sales and commercial experience preferred
有销售或贸易经验者优先考虑
h. Ability to travel frequently 70%
能接受约70%左右的频繁出差
