Purpose

The purpose of this role is to:
Responsible for the management of the production line quality control, ensuring that products have been manufactured according to the specifications.
负责生产现场质量管理，确保产品生产过程符合生产规范


Drive quality system build-up, implementation and continuous improvements
负责公司质量体系的建立、维护及持续改进


Business excellence, Optimization the business operation process and promote the quality & working efficiency
业务流程优化， 通过优化公司的各个业务流程， 确保运作质量和效率。

General Functions and tasks
具体职责
Be responsible for the build-up and maintenance of quality system, Direct responsibility for routine Quality Management on site and ensure its effective implementation within the company
负责公司质量体系的建立和维护，日常生产质量管理，确保质量体系在公司的有效运行


Lead and conduct quality system trainings, drive plant operation quality continuous improvement activities.
组织质量体系培训，推动公司范围内生产质量持续改进的各项活动


Participate in vendor audit, annual evaluation, drive vendor's quality system improvement
参与供应商审核，年度评估，推动供应商的质量改进


Conduct compliance evaluation and identify corrective and preventive actions, trace follow-up progress
组织质量评审，制定纠正及预防措施，跟踪实施情况


Regularly provide company management team with updated quality status
定期向公司管理层报告公司质量运行状况


Ensure that the company successfully pass all kinds of external and internal quality system audit.
确保公司顺利通过各种质量审查，质量体系年检


APQP ( PPAP) to be sure of new product developing process quality and product quality
前期质量策划，确保新产品开发的过程质量和产品质量


Optimize the business process including respective sub-process to be sure of operation quality and efficiency.
优化各业务流程，确保运作质量和效率


Complete other tasks assigned by General Manager.
完成总经理安排的其他任务

Role Requirements
职位要求

Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related
大学本科以上学历，机械工程相关专业

Over 10 years experience in leadership role in quality in manufacturing companies, especially automotive industry, rich experience in quality system and on-site quality management.
7年以上制造型企业质量管理相关经验，汽车行业经验必需；有丰富的质量体系管理及现场质量管理经验

Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9000，TS16949 etc.
熟悉ISO9000、TS16949等质量体系

Familiar with quality management tools such as APQP,FMEA, etc
熟悉APQP，FMEA等质量工具

Good analysis, communication, interpersonal skills and team working
较强分析、沟通及协调能力、团队合作精神

Can read and write in English
良好的英语读写能力
