此开发人员将以接受任务的形式，包括：创建新网站，更新现有网站以及修改出现的bugs。公司现在处于快速发展中，开发人员必须具备较强的主动性以适应快速的工作节奏，足够的英文能力来理解被指派的任务，同时能够在规定的时间内提交功能齐全的产品。需要灵活思考的能力，以对团队协作和管理提供反馈。
开发人员在家和其他的团队成员通过网络一起协同工作，设计有创造性的UI产品（使用FLash和Action Scripts),开发。NET程序或者维护数据库，届时将有专门的记录系统和详细的需求文档作为协同工作的标准。准确的说，这不只是一个关于设计的职位，更主要的还是一个Programing相关的职位。你讲需要在网络环境里和其他成员协同工作，快速的理解，开发和整合相应资源。
职位要求：（两年以上开发工作经验）
应聘者需具备较高水平的Action Criptions技能，以开发多媒体元素，flash动画以及演示程序
应聘者还须具有相应的.net及SQL SERVER DB的发开经验，ASP开发经验
开朗，主动，善于管理自己的时间，有专业精神
必须有足够的创造力，以及良好的UI设计工作经验
理解XML，以及XML的Flash解析
应聘者必须在Action Script 2.0, Flash MX, Photoshop,Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and/or JavaScript等方面有足够的技能。

Developer Job Description
The developer will be responsible for their own assigned project/projects to develop. He/She will be tasked to build new sites, perform updates on existing sites and performing bug fixes as well.
Developer must have strong self starting drive to be part of a fast pace and fast growing company with the ability for understanding assigned project/tasts and being able to deliveron time a fully functional product. He/She will need to be able thing outside the box providing feed back to the team and management areas as needed.
Developer Key responbilities
Develper will work out of their home in a virtual team environment with creative design product utility developed specifically for product customer user interfaces using Flash& Action scripts, .Net development or DB mantenance. The developer will utilize a custom framework an detailed requirements to corporate standards; it is not a desidn position rather primarily a programming position. This is an aggressive project where you will be required to collaborate with team members to rapidly comprehend, develop and intergrate this module.
Developer Job Requirements (minimum of 2 years of experience)
1. The developer will have high-level of Action Script skills to build multimedia elements, flash animations and presentations for our clients.
2. Cadidate must have experience in .NET development experience with SQL backend experience in ASP(Active sever page) is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
3. Must be creative and have good UI design experience.
4. Understanding of XML and parsing in flash.
5. Candidate must be a proficient programmer using Action script 2.0 or Flash MX.
6. Knowledgeable in Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and/or JavaScript
7.Candidates must have written English skills.
8. Must have reliable computer with the ability to handle the job.
