Work closely with Plant Management, Customer Relations and Engineering to fully understand customer requirements and specs. Direct activities of personnel, eliminate waste activities, engage in purchasing and distributing raw materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies necessary for global operations. Establish sources of supply, obtain quotations, and negotiate purchases as to specifications, price, terms, delivery dates and method of shipments both in-bound and out-bound global markets.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Building a supply chain team and also develop KPI's and dashboards for the supply chain function.

• Identify, define, collect, understand, and track key business metrics for new and existing initiatives.

• Conduct day-to-day business analysis, supporting and troubleshooting complications in the supply chain.

• Help identify, analyze and implement necessary processes, procedures, and business systems.

• Track progress and measure results to expectations.

• Identify and help assess potential new suppliers of raw materials, finished goods and logistics service company.

• Assist with inventory management efforts such as evaluating inventory systems and tools for improved accuracy and efficiency.

• Support company worldwide projects globally

• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience Required:

• 5+ years of applicable experience in supply chain
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must, Cantonese is plus
• Understand western culture and working environment
• Project management experience is a must
• Familiar with office furniture or interior design is a plus
• Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressure
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity

Education Requirements:

• Must hold a BS in supply chain or related field, Master’s degree preferred
