Job description:
1.AP Account bookkeeping issue daily.
2.Reconciliation with Purchasing to decrease AP - estimate balance.
3.Reconciliation with other colleagues to finish monthly closing smoothly, complete the monthly relate AP reports.
4.Maintenance import parts report and make sure the oversea payment obey SAFE request.
5.Assist the financial internal and external audit work end year.
6.Other jobs assigned by finance manager.


Requirement:
1.Major in accounting with bachelor degree, profession certification preferred.
2.5+ year finance/accounting experience in multinational manufacture company environment and at least 2 years in AP/AR positions.
3.Familiar with SAFE rules.
4.Computer skills: Office , especially Excel.
5.Knowledge and experience with a major ERP system, ACCPAC or SC400 is preferred.
6.Good command of English both oral and written.
7.Flexibility, enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.
8.Work under pressure and can accept OT.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
