PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for productivity and CIP projects of the section. Permanently seek for the best practices for both internal and external processes via benchmarking. In charge of preparing ARs for productivity and CIP projects implementation.
2. Provide technical support for Cluster/Country R&D for new products, new processes, promotions and reformulation projects, and provide technical support for manufacturing and other department from process and equipment point of view.
3.Involvement of big capital project, provide technical support to project engineer partly supervision of capital project under MBD management arrangement.
4.Responsible for establishing a team culture at the lines by providing clear understanding of the requirements for the CIP culture (e.g. organization, TPM, behaviors / attitude and culture). Support teambuilding activities of production teams in cooperation with teamleader.

REQUIREMENT:
· Integrity, accountability, initiative
· Over 3 years machinery Engineering or maintenance related experience, familiar with maintenance of packaging, liquid process equipments, experience in food industry is preferred.
· Bachelor or above degree, major in Mechanical Electrical Engineering
· Good command of English both at reading and writing
