Primary Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the generation, analysis and interpretation of ACC /HR /GA reports related to Ningbo for management use.
Be responsible for ACC period close, review & correct all Ningbo accounting vouchers and balance local G.S.A. /accounting books
To monitor and handle Ningbo Exp/Imp freight collection.
Cash management and remittance arrangement
Handle and monitor daily HR, GA of Ningbo office.
Based on company new policies and rules, timely update Ningbo office ACC, HR and GA procedures.
Handle all administration related issues i.e. Company supplier management/office rental, innovation/communication with tax and commercial bureau

Recruitments:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
At least five years related working experience
Foreign language skill, Knowledge of financial laws and regulations, Financial information management, Financial and accounting knowledge
Preferably possess knowledge of employee benefit/income tax calculation and labor law.
Familiar with office software, esp. in EXCEL.
Middle level accounting certification or CICPA is preferred.
