Job Description:
Recruitment (for SG4 and below)
Execute hiring to support GZP cluster. Together with hiring managers run interviewing and selection of candidates to fill in open positions and follow up on the recruitment results.

Staffing & Employee Relations
- Handle induction & separation procedures for all employees.
- Properly and confidentially manage and update P-files.
- Conduct investigation when there is necessary and handle all employee relations concerns. Works with relative department for effective action plan.

Culture Development
Plan, organize and coordinate all company sponsored activities, i.e., employee communication, family day, annual party, newsletter, etc. to enhance employee involvement and team moral.

Requirement:
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork player
Problem analyze and solving
Planning and priority setting
HR functional skills in training, recruiting, payroll and admin management
Good knowledge of English as well as computer operation
