Key Responsibilities
1. Perform/collect samples according to existing plans, methods and procedure to ensure all incoming raw materials and package materials as well as finished goods comply with the Chinese law and the company's requirement.
2. Monitor the process of co-packing and packing check based on the procedures set by the company to control the quality of products on line.
3. Perform routine maintenance and daily calibration checks on instruments and perform analysis method validation to ensure all analysis results are accurate and on time.
4. Perform Environmental monitor (including equipment swab, air monitor, and environment pathogen monitor )to ensure all production activities are conducted under hygiene and safety condition.
5. Enter measurement data into Lab reporting system, prepare written reports and provide first level evaluation.
6. Identify quality problems, develop and recommend solutions to quality problems and follow up to ensure they have solved effectively.
7. Adhere to all GMP and SSE rules, policies and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance to legal, regulatory and policy requirements related to SSE, including such areas as OSHA etc

Requirements
1. University degree/technical education or equivalent experience required.
2.Basic statistical knowledge/SPC and basic PC skills are required
3.Good interpersonal and communications skills are required, skills of using applicable software
4.1-2 years of practical experience in Quality Management function in food or pharmaceutical company.
