职位描述
工作职责：
- 接听产品售后服务热线电话；
- 处理客户咨询、服务需求、及投诉跟进和回访等售后服务；
- 协助网络对话服务、产品推荐及助销业务。
工作时间及薪酬福利：
- 轮班工作时间范围：周一至周五上午8点到晚上9点，周六日上午9点到下午5点半；
- 每周轮班工作5天（大部分为周一到周五），每天工作时间7.5小时（以正常日班为主）；
- 签订正式员工劳动合同，享受法定及公司额外员工福利，包括五险一金、年假、员工旅游、医疗福利津贴等。
- 若符合相关条件，除基本工资外，还可享有晚班津贴、绩效奖金、年终奖等。
任职要求：
- 大专或以上学历，专业不限；
- 工作经验不限，欢迎有意愿从事客户服务工作之应届毕业生加入；
- 流利的普通话、粤语和英文口语，能听懂粤语的优秀候选人也可考虑；
- 熟练操作和运用计算机，能快速进行中英文输入；
- 良好的客服意识，擅于倾听和提问，具较强的理解和表达能力；
- 良好的声线、语音、语调及电话礼仪；
- 有积极进取心和责任感，具团队合作精神。
